Servo sheet feeding: Servo motor chain drive, automatic deviation correction and tension control, ensuring stable and high-precision sheet material conveyance.

Zonal heating: Tunnel-type upper and lower heating furnace, imported heating tiles, multi-zone independent temperature control, ensuring uniform heating and rapid temperature rise.

Forming and punching (core difference)

Fixed mold table: The upper and lower molds open and close vertically, with no 75° flipping action.
Positive pressure stretching forming: Servo dual screw rod pressing for shaping, blowing and expanding the sheet material into shape.
Vertical punching: The upper and lower mold blades punch simultaneously to separate the finished products.

Automatic stacking: Conventional robotic arm suction cups pick up cups, stack them, count them, and output them.

Control system: CNC/PLC numerical control + touch screen, featuring parameter memory, fault diagnosis, and one-key parameter adjustment.
